A nice ex-race track Panasonic NJS frame, built up for the streets of Osaka. This one was built up for a friend of our part-time mechanic, Tsutsumi. Of course, recently in Japan, 2 brakes are a must. The police and media have been very active recently, setting up traps around the streets of Osaka, and handing out fines to around the value of a new complete bike!
For this build, the customer wanted to keep it simple, with black and silver parts. A few parts, like the Kashimax Aero, and Nitto B123 drop bars, and W-Base wheelset, were requested by the customer...and much of the rest was left up to us, to fit within the budget.
